How We Make Excellent Vinyl Floors

Mixing Materials

Materials at different formula ratios are mixed up in a high-speed mixer and are then cooled down to 45℃.

Extrusion

The machine gets heated up and extrude the materials through the mold to achieve required shape and dimension.

UV Coating

The vinyl planks and tiles get exposed to UV after their top and bottom parts are coated at an increased temperature.

Stabilization

The semi-finished vinyl floors are placed in the room at 23℃ to make them physically stable.

Grooving

The machine cuts apart the floors and creates the grooves on both long and short edges.

Packaging

Workers will inspect the finished products and pack them after they’ve passed inspections.

UL GREENGUARD Certification

GREENGUARD-certified products meet the world’s most stringent chemical emission standards, helping to reduce indoor air pollution and chemical exposure risks.

GREENGUARD Gold certification increases VOC emissions requirements to ensure products can be used in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.

FloorScore® Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Certification

FloorScore® is the most recognized standard for indoor air quality (IAQ) certification and meets many green program standards for hard surface flooring materials, adhesives and subbing materials.

Third-party testing by SCS and RFCI is required to make indoor air quality compliant with emission standards.

CE Certification

The “CE” mark is a mandatory certification mark issued by the European Union. The goods produced and circulated in the EU market must have the “CE” mark to indicate that they meet the relevant basic requirements of the EU.

REACH (EC) No. 1907/2006

REACH is a decree that mandates registration, evaluation, and licensing and implementation of safety monitoring for all chemicals entering the EU market. Quality requirements and entry thresholds for products entering the EU market.

Fire tests EN 13501-1:2018
